General Policies

Although you may join our classes at any time throughout the session, we encourage you to register early since the space will be limited.  Registering before the class begins also ensures your class materials will be available on the first day.

MAKE UP CLASSES

Classes will be made up in the event of teacher illness or inclement weather.  We will notify you of the cancellation and the scheduled make-up day. To make up a class that you have missed you may attend another class that is age appropriate and with permission from the teacher.

MAKING THE MOST OF KINDERMUSIK

The most important thing you can do for your child is to be an active but patient role model.  Many children often take several weeks to begin to feel comfortable in class.  But consistency is the key during class, and at home.  You and your child will benefit enormously from the Kindermusik experience, especially if you make active use of your At Home Materials.  Frequent reinforcement at home every day makes all the difference in a child's comfort and participation in the classroom.

Refund Policy

Our studio offers the following refund policies. Only one policy will apply to the class your child is registered for. The class description and the registration process will identify the exact refund policy for the class you have chosen.

Studio Refund Policy
Tuition and material fees are refundable if we are notified in writing or by email 2 weeks prior to the start of the class. After this date all sales are final. (sorry, no refunds)

Privacy Policy

We promise to respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers or their children to any third parties. Any information you provide about yourself or your children is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Information gathered on our web site is collected and used by us and SimplySignup. We will not collect any personal information about adults or children except when specifically and knowingly provided by them. If we collect any personally identifiable information about children, we will first obtain their parents' consent. Examples of personally identifiable information include full name and birth date.

Use of Information

Information collected by us is used internally by our authorized individuals for three main purposes. First, we may collect information for improving our site by seeing which areas, features, and products are most popular. Second, we may collect information in order to personalize the site for our customers. On occasion, we may also share non-personal, summary information regarding our customers with unrelated third parties (for example, we may publicly disclose the aggregate number of registered users of our web site). However, we will not share any personal information about any particular customer.

Registering for class online is a completely safe experience!
